Meet Zoe
I had the pleasure of photographing this lovely young lady. She is a senior in high school and attends full-time.
Our plan for the shoot was a family session. Her older brother was unable to make it and it turned into an individual session.
She has had previous experience with professional photo shoots when she was young. Though it’s been a long time she was a natural. As the shoot progressed she became more comfortable.
Zoe is taking a photography class in high school. It’s always exciting for me when I run into young adults who are interested in photography. We spent some time talking about photography and the importance of getting as much correct in-camera as possible to reduce the amount of editing needed later.
Zoe is unsure what she will do after graduation. I can relate. My career path started 5 years after I graduated from high school. I worked full-time and traveled as I had no idea what else I wanted to do. About 5 years later I figured it out and went to college to become a psychotherapist, which I do full-time for the past 28 years. I’m sure Zoe will figure out what she wants to do and will work toward that dream. She is a very smart and talented young lady.
Thank you so much for allowing me to capture your beauty!
